Affording a New School Education
New School Montessori awards financial aid on the basis of financial need. The New School believes that each family is responsible for some portion of the annual tuition. The New School safeguards the confidentiality of all financial information.
Eligibility: Students attending a minimum of five (5) full days Toddler, Primary, Elementary, and Middle School students are eligible to apply for financial aid.
Procedures:
- By February 15, 2024 – Families seeking financial aid must file an application through the Independent School Management Financial Aid for School Tuition (FAST) Program in Wilmington, DE. The application process is self-guided. You may navigate in and out of the program, allowing you to partially complete an application and go back to it at another time. Online e-mail and a 24/7 helpline is provided. There is a $53 charge for the application to be paid by credit card at the end of the session.
- Applications must be completed by both parents regardless of custody. The application will require you to upload your 2023 Federal and State tax returns with all schedules and W-2’s.
- Every effort will be made to review completed applications by March 15th.
If funds are available, students accepted for enrollment after the above deadlines will be considered for financial aid upon receipt of all financial aid materials.
