The West Art Bloc Party is a celebration of Lancaster’s community. From College Ave to Race Ave, the stretch of Buchanan Ave will be closed and transformed into a vibrant gathering place filled with live music, food vendors, community organizations, and neighbors coming together to celebrate everything that makes Lancaster unique!
